1. Who we are
MADigitalPro is a performance-marketing agency that builds and runs advertising campaigns for law firms. We are a marketing services provider. We are not a law firm, and nothing on the Site is legal advice. This policy covers information handled through our Site and marketing operations, not information your firm separately controls in its own systems.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you submit a form, run the exposure scan and choose to send it, join a waitlist or founding list, book a call, or email us, we may collect: your name, business email, phone number, firm name, state, approximate monthly ad spend, and anything else you choose to include in a message. You control what you submit.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our providers may automatically collect your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and interactions, using cookies and similar technologies.

10. Third-party links
